THE AEG EXHIBITOR ASSURANCE PROGRAM

AUSTRALIAN EXHIBITION GROUP ANNOUNCE NEW “EXHIBITOR ASSURANCE” PROGRAM FOR 2021

Today we are excited to announce the all new AEG EXHIBITOR ASSURANCE program, a RISK FREE and secure refund policy for the Australian event industry, our exhibitors and our patrons. The AEG EXHIBITOR ASSURANCE program is aimed at ensuring a positive and successful way for our exhibitors, tattoo artists and retailers to safely attend the Australian Tattoo Expo with confidence for the remainder of 2021.

We understand that the past 12 months has been difficult and uncertain for many of our friends and clients, so we are committed to offering flexible booking terms, covid safe events and new and exciting experiences for our artists, exhibitors and visitors:

a) All Booth bookings for Australian Tattoo Expo made on or after February 16th 2021, initial booking deposits are now 100% refundable should the event not run due to official government Covid related mandates up until 4 weeks of the events’ commencement.

b) Should the event be cancelled within 4 weeks of the events’ commencement due to government legislation and not at the discretion or choice of the organiser, exhibitors are presented with two options:
1) all payments toward the booth(s) cost minus the initial deposit cost can be refunded to the booth booker
2) a full value credit of the booth(s) can be held for future events in the Australian Exhibition Group portfolio. Booth credit holders will have priority placement for their booth(s) at their future nominated event that they would like to redeem their credit(s) towards.

c) We have also added greater flexibility in initial deposit payments, allowing up to 14 days for the first payment.

d) We guarantee to announce any event changes, postponements or cancellations no less than 4 weeks before the scheduled event date, giving our exhibitors and visitors plenty of time to change their plans or their travel commitments.

e) Final deposits will now be due 4 weeks before the scheduled event date to allow for maximum flexibility and less refund hassles.

f) We have worked with a number of airlines, hotels and travel partners who are now offering flexible bookings for all 2021 travel arrangements. If you’d like some assistance, speak with your event sales team for a full list of these partners. We would encourage you to always book flexible options if they are available to you, for only a few extra dollars for greater peace of mind, it’s a no brainer!

We’d also like to take this opportunity to stress that the Australian Tattoo Expos will be a completely Covid Safe and safety approved event. We have been working tirelessly with venues and state governments to ensure increased cleanliness and sanitisation throughout the venue(s), well above the already high tattoo studio standard that has previously been in place. Increased space in the venues allows for greater social distancing, approved capacity numbers, upgraded cleaning, contract tracing and hand washing stations are distributed throughout our expos.
If you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms, please do not attend the events, stay home, get tested and stay safe!

Australian Tattoo Expo Brisbane [ July 23-25 ] – Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.


Australian Tattoo Expo Perth [ October 8-10 ] – Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Australian Tattoo Expo Sydney [ October 22-24 ] – International Convention Centre Sydney.

Australian Tattoo Expo Melbourne [ December 3-5 ] – Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
