Yes, although limited. Whilst the business hibernates until mid December, limited contact is available through your sales representative. As we work remotely and at reduced hours, please be patient with responses, our staff will respond as soon as possible.

Will these events go ahead in 2022?
As the Covid crisis continues to alter the landscape of public events, there are many elements of uncertainty in terms of guaranteeing when large gatherings can resume without any risks of cancellation or postponement. We are continuing to work closely with advice and updates from federal state governments and public health advice, as such our position is to receive and relay information as soon as it is available. At this point in time, the proposed dates for the 2022 event calendar remain subject to change.
Will I get a refund for my Booth(s)?
Our business is not in the financial position to process any refunds for any booth(s), all booth payments will be honored for the rescheduled dates or can be honored as a booth credit that can be redeemed on any of our future events. In the instance that the booth booker or company is unwilling to attend the rescheduled dates or to accept a booth credit, the booth in question will be re-released as available floor space to recoup the moneys owed for a refund. Once the floorspace has been on-sold, a responsible refund will be offered to the original purchaser.
Will I get a refund for my Ticket(s)?
Tickets are non-refundable, however, all tickets pre-purchased for our rescheduled events are valid for the rescheduled dates. In scenarios resulting in the ticket holder(s) being unable to attend the rescheduled dates, refunds may be offered on a case by case basis.
If I have paid a deposit or made additional payments towards my booth(s) is there a risk of my payment(s) being lost?
No. Our commitment to meet and exceed our contracted obligations with all booth purchasers will continue to be fulfilled. If I can’t attend the proposed rescheduled dates as a patron, what are my options?
If you as a ticket purchaser or ticket holder are unable to attend the rescheduled dates, your ticket can be transferred to an alternate Australian Exhibition Group event, or can be gifted or donated to friends or family members. In the event of your tickets being transferred to another attendee, the details of the attendee’s ticket will be updated by our staff to ensure a smooth check-in process.
If I feel unsafe attending a public event due to the pandemic, what are my options?
Our staff, exhibitors and patron’s health and safety remains our number one priority. If you feel unsafe attending a public gathering in the current climate, we respect your decision and will not force anyone to attend. In the event that you are unable to attend, your ticket can be gifted or given to friends or family members. In the event of your tickets being transferred to another attendee, the details of the attendee’s ticket will be updated by our staff to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Concession Single Day – $35.00
Children 13-17 Years of age – $10.00
Children aged 12 & under are admitted FREE with an accompanying adult.

Do you need to buy a ticket if you are being tattooed at the event? YES
Are tattoos at this event free? NO
How do I get tattooed at the event? We do not handle the bookings or walk ups of our exhibiting artists at the event, if you would like to book in for a tattoo please visit the Artists Exhibiting page and contact the artist thru the contact form on their profile. Alternatively you can contact the artist via email or message on their social media platforms. For walk ups, the Early Bird gets the worm, head down early and scope the building for the artist and the design you want to have tattooed.
If you would like to get a tattoo from a specific artist it is advisable to book your appointment prior to the Expo to ensure they are available on the day and time required. The Expo will feature artists from local, national & international backgrounds who may have very busy schedules. To make an appointment please contact your relevant artist from the Artist Page directly.
If you have made an appointment, we recommend you purchase your ticket online to save time queuing at the door. Management cannot take any responsibility regarding your appointment or admission to the Expo. Please note that every individual must purchase a ticket to enter, including those getting a tattoo at the expo.
There are no age restrictions on admission to the expo. Children 12 & under will be admitted free of charge with an accompanying paid adult. Children aged 13-17 must also be accompanied by an adult to receive the discount pricing.
Please note Australian law prohibits:
1. Anyone tattooing minors (under the age of 18)
2. Any minor from getting a tattoo
This is a clean, safe, family-orientated tattoo expo with tattoo artists from around the world displaying what they do best. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated:
